→ First you select a template from either Big Cat Creative or 23&9 Creative. There's plenty to choose from, but not too many to overwhelm you. 😉
→ We'll then deliver a checklist of items you need to provide for us to transform that template into your new website, as well as a workbook for you to fill in so we can build out your website (we give you at least 7 days to focus on this part so there are no delays in the website build).
→ After we have received all content for your website (both text and images), we'll lock in a start date and you can get your new website live within 3 weeks!
→ To check everything is looking okay with you - we'll complete your homepage design and then send it for review. Once that page is approved, we'll get cracking on the website.
→ Then within 3 weeks, we'll show you around your new website! 🥳

We understand that this can be a large investment for businesses that are just starting out, so this year we have introduced Payment Plans for our websites!A $500 deposit is required once you have signed our Service Agreement - this covers the purchase of your selected template design from Big Cat Creative or 23&9 Creative.
The payment schedule to follow is $500/mo until the balance has been paid in full.
Please note: if you choose a Payment Plan as your method of payment rather than the entire amount upfront, your website ownership will be transferred to your Squarespace account once the owing balance has been paid in full.

It goes without saying, every website should have Terms and Conditions as well as a Privacy Policy - but we're designers, not lawyers. 😅 We don't supply these for you because we believe they should be created by legal professionals, but we do have an affiliation with the legends at Foundd Legal, and they can get you sorted!

→ Then we'll create a quote to tell you exactly how much you're investing. You'll see below in the Quote Estimates section that it can vary a fair bit depending on what you're after!
→ We'll then deliver a checklist of items you need to provide for us to create your new website, as well as a workbook for you to fill in for us to build out your website (we give you 7 days to focus on this part so there are no delays in the website build).

Our custom websites are quoted specifically for your requirements, but a rough estimate guide would be:
$3,000 is the base price for a content-heavy, single-page website with Blog or Portfolio functionality, plus setup of up to 5 blog posts or up to 5 portfolio items.
$4,500 is the base price for up to 3 medium-heavy content pages with Blog and Portfolio functionality, plus setup of up to 10 blog posts and/or up to 10 portfolio items.
$5,000 is the base price for a content-heavy website with up to 5 pages, both Blog, Portfolio and Gallery functionality, as well setup of up to 10 blog posts, 10 portfolio items and 10 gallery items.
eCommerce functionality will generally add $700 to your quote. This includes the additional cost of the annual Squarespace Basic Commerce plan and the setup of up to 15 products.
